This national aged care organisation prides itself on providing holistic care to its residents and great support to its staff. With many facilities under management across Australia, you will be a valued member of a quality team of people, providing great care to our elderly. We are looking for a Residential Services Support Coordinator to support multiple facilities in both Victoria and Queensland. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of Process and procedure management, quality management and continuous improvement practices as well as clinical support, to name a few. This great role, primarily based in the south east of Melbourne will also give you the opportunity to support facilities in Qld and possibly in other states as well. You will be :- Experienced in Aged Care Preferably a Registered Division 1 Nurse Possess excellent leadership and communication skills Be able to work with multiple teams as well as autonomously Sound experienced in Care & Clinical Management, ACFI and accreditation
