Our client is one of the largest national aged care providers, priding themselves on the provision of a quality, holistic style of care to its residents as well as a supportive environment for its staff to work in. We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional to take on this position as the Facility Manager in their 75 high and low care facility in the Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs. This position requires someone who is well versed in the aged care standards and accreditation process, a strong leader and familiar with change management and managing culture change. You will :- - Be experienced in Aged Care standards and accreditation
- Preferably a Division 1 Nurse
- Possess Quality interpersonal skills
- Be able to set strategy, lead a team and manage change
