Accounts allrounder/Customer Service Representitive

Our client, one of the largest Pharmaceutical Companies in Australia is presently seeking a mature and experienced Accounts allrounder/Customer Service Representative to assist with inbound enquires from the general public.
Day to day your duties will include but not be limited to answering incoming phone enquiries and processing invoices as required, and a samll amount of accounts previous experience in a similar role is mandatory however knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry although not essential will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role you will have to be mature minded and have a strong customer service focus. You will also be required to possess fantastic communication skills both written and verbal, excellent personal presentation and a patient personality.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment; the hours of employment will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an hourly salary package of $21-22 per hour plus superannuation.
