This iconic company is pleased to announce that positions now exist in Victoria for degree qualified graduates to join their two year graduate program which will ultimately see you progress into management with good progression opportunities.

You will be given full support and be mentored by senior managers, following a structured training and development plan that will include management, leadership and sales training programs that will give you every opportunity to succeed. In addition you will also be placed into one of their many metropolitan branches in a hands-on capacity where upon successful completion you will be considered for a management role.

To be eligible for these fantastic opportunities you will need to have either obtained your degree in 2008 or be completing in 2009, have strong verbal and written communication skills and very good Microsoft office skills. You will also thrive and enjoy working in a team environment and be able to manage your time effectively. Even though these graduate roles are within a retail environment the expectations don't require you to work extended hours and it is only expected that you will be able to work Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm and also work every second Saturday as opposed to every Saturday.
