Our client is one of the worlds largest consulting firms offering an outstanding opportunity to join the internal change management team.  Here you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement, development and growth of organisational change management processes and services. 

The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and implementing change programs across the business
• Working with multiple stakeholders at a senior level
• Training of staff on the use of new systems

The successful candidate requires a proven track record in driving change and outstanding relationship management skills.  We are looking for a driven and motivated person who has the ability to communicate at all levels.
