Leveraging on Lean Continuous Improvement methodology, this program empowers our people to build creative and innovative solutions that focus on our customer, eliminate non value-add activity and enhance quality.
The Lean Consultant will play a key role in the ongoing delivery of our Lean strategy through the implementation of Lean improvement projects across internal departments. Specifically the Lean Consultant will prepare process maps utilising Lean techniques to eliminate waste, improve processes & add-value. Additionally, the Lean Consultant will lead the implementation of improvement initiatives ensuring that all initiatives are aligned to scope, organisational strategy & benefits, and where required lead the design of automation solutions.
Tertiary qualified in Project Management (or similar) discipline, your CV will demonstrate a proven track record of success in the implementation of Lean / Six Sigma initiatives (preferably within financial services). A subject matter expert, you have the skills and expertise to apply leading edge Lean, Six Sigma tools, methodologies and management techniques to programs of work. Innovative and creative, you have the ability to drive change and implement best practice solutions.
