Equipment Finance Support Role

An exciting opportunity has just come up with a leading name in the area of Commercial Finance and Lending within the Australian market. An experienced Commercial Finance Officer is sought for an immediate start to support a talented team of Finance Brokers.

Your responsibilities will include end to end management of documentation and client files, from loan submission through to post settlement finalisation / implementation (therefore proven experience in these areas is essential for you to be considered for this role). You will also work closely with external parties with regard to all aspects of finance contracts and transactions.
The successful applicant must have these of skills and experience -

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a key administration role within the Australian Commercial Finance industry - in particular solid knowledge of Equipment Finance.
• Sound Microsoft Office and organisational skills and experience administering ????? ????? / leasing database systems.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently with Finance Brokers and external parties (eg. Solicitors, Banks).
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
