Mortgage Consultant - Settlements/Discharges/Documentation

Currently looking for mortgage consultants with exposure to document preparation, discharges or settlements. Ideally you would have worked in the banking or legal industry with experience of dealing with residential loans from an end to end process.



Duties will include :
Settlement of loans
Discharges
• Loading of instructions within 2 hours of receipt.
• Thorough check of all information and supporting documentation to ensure all details of loan
and security are correct. This includes, but not limited to, ordering ????? ????? of title search,
checking of names and security details, checking valuation reports, contracts of sale etc.
• Correct calculation and input of all fees and charges including Government stamp duty and
registration costs, lender fees and legal/disbursement fees.
• Preparation of all New Loan documents (Loan contracts and associated mortgage and other
documentation for all states) as per agreed procedures, ensuring ????? ????? Land Titles
• Adherence to service level agreements as per client agreements.
• Maintain good written and verbal communication with clients and provide a prompt and
consistent response to all enquiries.
• Updating system as required including full notes of all actions taken.
