Reporting to the Executive Director, Portfolio Review Group, this role will require you to proactively manage the overall risk profile of the Agribusiness portfolio with Relationship Management and Risk partners. You will be responsible for identifying, planning and reviewing areas of elevated risk as well identifying assets that have the potential to be impaired. The review process will involve the ability to make recommendations that include providing solutions to bankers on potentially problematic assets.
Ideally you will have a proven track record in relationship banking and credit risk assessment with a strong focus on the agribusiness sector. Your experience in lending/credit and deal structuring ????? ????? as strong communication and influencing skills and ability to partner primarily with internal clients in order to achieve mutual benefit, will be highly regarded.
