As a senior member of a key division of the Business Bank embedded Risk team, you will be responsible for the development of the operational risk capability for a group of diverse businesses - specifically risk and control frameworks and key risk indicators and metrics. In addition you will be responsible for day to day risk management performance, governance and change initiatives to ensure these are fully understood by the business.

Your proven experience within risk management and compliance is essential, with exposure to the financial services sector an advantage. A track record in developing risk frameworks and key risk indicators will be highly regarded. Your broader management and communication skills at a senior level are desirable, as well as your sound understanding of the business aspects IT systems infrastructure and how they interface with risk and compliance.
