Bank of Cyprus Australia is currently expanding due to a welcome increase in demand for our competitive products and services. As such, we are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the business
In this role you will provide superior customer service and product delivery to our customers, to ensure that their financial needs are met and their lifestyle goals achieved. Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service is essential.
Demonstrated professionalism and drive, exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work as a member of a cohesive team, are mandatory. Additionally, experience gained in a financial services/banking environment and fluency in the Greek language is desirable.
