"This top four bank has made a real commitment to expanding its Australian presence whilst maintaining its trusted brand. They are currently looking to expand and cross skill their Consumer Credit division. To support this projected growth they are looking to recruit experienced Consumer Credit Officers. The role is multi-dimensional, combining a split shift between the front office and back office environments. Whilst working back office, the Officer will be required to exercise their DLA to make credit decisions on various applications for credit cards and personal loans. Whilst in the front office environment, the Officer is required to take inbound calls from customers and branches regarding declined applications and limit increase requests. The operational hours of the team are 8am 8pm. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and time management skills and have previous credit assessment experience.
