We’re looking for a team of inspirational business and people leaders to join the Nab Business Banking team to accelerate existing and new relationships, drive the careers of the team further and continue the bank's growth in revenue and market share.

Combined with your ability to manage relationships with clients and your immediate team, you will be able to impart specialist advice, will have strong credit and financial analysis skills and actively pursue revenue growths from existing portfolios and seek new to bank opportunities to grow the set you will be working on.
The successful incumbents will be responsible for:
- Personally developing and managing a portfolio of key customers and referral partners
- Identifying new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets
- Assessing economic value and risk potential of new business
- Maintaining and enhancing the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Implementing specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives & selling and promoting tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameters
- Developing and improving professional excellence through management of individual and teams performance
- Implementing annual business plans for the customer portfolio allocated
- Preparing ????? ????? for approval business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information
- Leading and coaching any direct reports for succession planning within the broader group
- Providing professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring ????? ????? external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
Combine your:
- Four to eight years of banking experience to further generate revenue not just from lending, but also from cross-selling of other bank related products
- Lending experience of approx. up to $30m deals
- Your people leadership and coaching skills
- Business degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (preferred)
- Passion for sales and relationship management – you walk the talk and have the numbers on the board to prove it
- Significant Credit Assessment experience and skills and the ability to influence outcomes
