An international women’s fashion brand well known for style and sophistication is currently seeking a Brand Manager. This is not a junior role. Its a role for a confident and experienced Senior person with 'End to end responsibility'.

 

You will be experienced in managing salary to sales budgets, store profitability, stock management, shrinkage and GP margins. The key to your success is your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and your management style is both collaborative and empowering with open communication and honesty. You will be responsible for the vision and product selection that is at the core of our retail success.

 

As a Brand Manager with this company, you will be responsible for the performance and profitability of all our retail stores Australia-wide.  You will be an effective leader with excellent communication and coaching skills and have a proven record in driving team performance through recruiting, coaching and developing high performance teams.  Upwards and downwards communication of company results, Working closely with the Product team on what's right for your stores

 

In this autonomous role, you will have total accountability for the brand performance.   There is a strong company structure to support the store network including Human Resources, Training, Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
