The Position:
1. Business Development Manager – Australia/NZ
Responsibilities:
1. Source and manage new business opportunities whilst servicing existing customer relationships
3. Regular pipeline forecasting, strong analysis of prospective clients within the sales cycle
4. Enterprise corporate focus, large and medium targets, across metals and manufacturing
5. Sales plan execution through defined key performance targets and measures for new business success
Experience/Requirements
1. Min relevant industry years experience in developing new business growth as a senior BDM
2. Essential experience across complex sales cycles, for e.g. large scale ERP/SCM solutions
3. Resilience, ambition and determination are key attributes
4. Effective communication skills – presentation and written
5. Solution and customer focused outcomes as a focus
6. Professional and well organised – attention to detail as MUST!
7. Willingness to travel
8. Initiative and problem solving skills, motivate and results driven
9. Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
