Reporting to the General Manager, Industrial Services, this newly created role will take responsibility for the continued development of our Industrial Services & Facilities Management service offering to the Victorian commercial and heavy industry markets. You will have a proven ability to develop and implement a detailed development plan, which focuses on market segmentation, identification of emerging markets, maximisation of sales opportunities and revenue as well as customer retention strategies.
Your robust business development and/or operational experience in a client & stakeholder interfacing role within the industrial services and/or facilities management industries will enable you to enter the role with the knowledge required to establish and maintain market intelligence and build strategic relationships with clients, industry groups, government authorities and communities.
Your effective communication skills will allow you to obtain the wealth of information you require from different stakeholders, information that you will put forward to clients through impeccable presentation skills. Experience with detailed, professional tender applications, understanding financials and exceptional negotiation skills are required.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Commerce or a similar discipline and skills gained through direct practical experience are required for this role.
