Publications Director - West
Make your mark in this key newspaper role in Melbourne’s West
FCN Victoria is in a strong position, we have excellent audience connection, great editorial quality, we have strong advertiser relationships and this is all possible through the talented and dedicated people we have working across our business.
This exciting new role will see you managing our WestRegion, where you will have full responsibility for 13 community newspapers.
Reporting to the General Manager and a key member of the senior leadership team, you will have a passion for community papers and know how local papers can play an integral part in the communities they serve.
You will have full responsibility for the readership, editorial quality, sales and people in this key region. You will also have full responsibility for the financial performance of the region mastheads.
Your exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills will be essential in liaising with various stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be a committed cross-functional team player and major responsibilities will include;
- Leading the talented and dedicated people we have working across the region
- Publication Performance
- Achieving a balanced level of Advertising/Editorial content
- Driving the business to position FCN Vic Publications as true market leaders
