You will join our client’s business during ????? ????? of cultural change as they work towards becoming a far more sales centric organisation. You will be a visionary leader with experience across multiple channels (call ????? ?????, direct sales, online, outsourced) and across a varied customer group both business and consumer.

This is a senior role, requiring ????? ????? and depth of experience in a senior strategic sales role that has the right level of passion and energy, alongside experience of robust business planning and analytics required to create solid strategy for the medium to long term.

Innovation and fresh thinking are key components, as well as an inspiring ????? ????? and strength of character to engage a large team and senior stakeholder group. The successful candidate will lead teams of over 300, they will manage substantial budgets, within a landscape that is still evolving and can, at times, lack clarity. It is imperative that you have driven sales through high volume sales channels such as field sales, contact centre and or retail.
