Our client an industry leader in the ingredients business is looking for an experienced Product & Process Improvement professional with a demonstrated background in the food industry ideally in seafood or meat processing. You will have a sound understanding of food manufacturing ????? ????? this experience will be key in identifying and solving process issues for client based projects. A good knowledge of ingredients and product formulation would also be an advantage. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will work with a passionate and dedicated team to develop and innovate. It is expected that the successful applicant will have the following skills / attributes:

• Experience in product formulation in line with cost & nutritional needs.
• Project management.
• Development of products from pilot plant through to full scale production trials.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• A sound understanding of manufacturing ????? ????? & processes.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in food technology or have extensive experience in the food industry. You will be able to work with people from all walks of life and be comfortable managing trials at client facilities.
