This is a great opportunity for a Senior Structural Drafter and Team Leader with buildings experience to join a medium sized team in Canberra. You will be working in a Top Tier Structural Consultancy and be working on a number of landmark building projects.
As the Team Leader of the Drafting Team you will be working on a range of residential, commercial, sport, public, heritage and organisation building projects. Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Leading a team of 3-4 structural drafters
- Managing drafting projects and allocating work
- Giving technical advice and coaching junior drafters

The successful applicant will have have the following experience and attributes:
- 7+ years experience as a structural drafter working on building projects
- Strong CAD skills & formal training
- Experience in a leadership role
- An enthusiastic mind set about mentoring ????? ????? other staff members
- Have interest in working in a medium sized office
Salary will be based on experience but will be in the range of $70-85k + benefits.
