We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Technical Specialist to take a leadership role within our Radio Access Engineering ????? ?????. Whilst mentoring ????? ????? a small team, you will play a key role in performing radio frequency design, optimisation and investigative work associated with the rollout of Optus Mobile networks. This role will see you researching and identifying candidate sites for new base station infrastructure that will utilise both 213 and 313 technologies. Taking responsibility for the integration of new sites into the operational network and designing national guidelines/ standards, as well as ensuring ????? ????? networks perform within agreed Service Level Agreements, are integral to this role.
Extensive technical design and optimisation experience within a cellular mobile operator environment, supported by tertiary qualifications in Electronic or Communications Engineering ????? ????? your success in this role. Demonstrated large scale project management skills and strong stakeholder management methodologies are essential. It is expected you will draw on your experience to produce tender scope and RFT documentation. A proven track record in outstanding delivery of service to customers is required, as is a valid driver’s licence.
