Leading organisation seeks a Construction Manager to lead a project team through delivery phase of major civil engineering ????? ????? Melbourne. This is a great opportunity to manage a significant infrastructure project at senior management level.
The responsibilities of this role will see you directing the planning & construction of rail components, allocating and managing significant internal and external resources, co-ordinating delivery and careful integration, all against the demands and timeframes of the client.
Key areas:
- Build and lead multi-disciplinary project teams
- Integrate operational, environmental and human relationship aspects of projects & balance conflicting requirements
- Plan, program and coordinate work, manage risk and make informed decisions regarding project delivery
- Develop and implement appropriate procurement strategies
- Estimate, budget and manage the financial aspects of projects
Candidates must hold an tertiary qualification in Engineering ????? ?????, coupled with successful experience in project management of infrastructure projects at a senior level. You must have stand-out leadership / management skills, communication and stakeholder liaison.
