As dominant market leader, our client’s products can be found in the vast majority of homes and shopping centres. As the Product Design Manager, you will develop and manage the product design group and be responsible for the supply of innovative, aesthetic and cost effective design solutions to customers, marketing, supply chain and production. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to maximise output, minimise product development time and proactively pursue a culture of innovative design.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified industrial designer, or have similar qualifications, and will bring excellent skills specifically with Pro-E. You will also have a successful history of stable career progression and innovative product design, preferably within manufacturing. You will have well developed interpersonal skills, solid experience in leading a small design team and an excellent ability to manage stakeholders. Importantly, you also bring a high level of energy and commitment to your profession.
