We currently have an opportunity within our Plant & Process group for a Senior Power Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.  Located in the Melbourne CBD office, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity to secure a position within a well respected firm, built on a culture of teamwork, respect and integrity. 
 
Primarily you will have responsibility for the development of innovative designs in response to client requirements, thus you will have demonstrated success in:

• Project scope definition and development;


• Detailed substation and/or overhead line design;


• Basic modeling of power systems and protection studies;


• Application of technical standards, regulatory requirements and industry practices;


• Job management, resource planning and stakeholder communication;


• Innovative, practical thinking;


• Well reputed within your industry

 
You will have tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering as well as a minimum of 7 years experience, preferably within distribution, transmission, generation or rail industries. Your experience gained from on site roles such as detail project engineering or commissioning will facilitate your project management and delivery abilities.
