We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team of 9 recruiters and 4 support staff. Your role will be to locate Doctors for clinics around Australia. It is an extremely viable market place that we have started to make in roads into (average salary is $(??) ???? ????k). We are after an experienced recruiter to make the area their own baby and we are happy to elevate them to a Team Leader role and onwards as the area expands.
MACRO has been established for since 1991. In that time we have gathered a database of over 230,000 resumes and 500 clients. We are heavily geared to take advantage of the advantages of online recruitment (we send over 80,000 marketing emails out per month and have developed our own CRM). We have won several awards as a consequence.
