    The Department of Management at Monash University is the largest provider of tertiary level management education in Australia with a complement of more than 80 full-time academic staff and over 3000 students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Our purpose is to be an international leader in management and business scholarship through innovative and sustainable approaches to teaching, research and community engagement. The Department is the home of the Monash MBA.

    An experienced academic is sought to manage the globally ranked Monash MBA program as it embarks upon an exciting period of renewal and development. The appointee will have experience of accreditation and global ranking systems (the Monash MBA is AMBA accredited), managing corporate and alumni relationships, and be motivated by the challenge of creating and sustaining an innovative learning experience consistent with our ambition to make the Monash MBA a world leader.

    Requirements:
    The successful candidate will have a research doctorate in management or another relevant business discipline and demonstrated excellence and leadership in teaching into the discipline area, especially at the MBA level. The appointee will have managed a top-flight MBA, with proven ability in leading MBA operations to the highest standard.

    Remuneration package: $122,962 - $135,462 pa Level D (includes employer superannuation of 17%)
