Concord School is a prep to year 12 special school with campuses in Bundoora and Watsonia.
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to work with 5 to 12 year old students who have intellectual disabilities. The role involves both supporting students and working with teachers. The OT works both in classrooms and with small groups assisting students develop a range of motor skills. The OT is responsible for program development under the supervision of the sub-school team leaders. The OT also completes assessments and reports for program development as well as funding applications. Prior experience working in an educational setting is desirable, however, if you have an interest in working in a specialist school you are encouraged to apply.
