With programs offered in Melbourne, Vietnam and significant teaching partnerships in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, the College attracts approximately 23,000 students in the Asia-Pacific region. 

The Director, Planning & Resources will report to the Pro Vice Chancellor Business and as part of the executive team will provide leadership and management of College planning, resources and profile development. With budget control and managing a sizeable team, you will work with the College Executives and Heads of Schools to ensure development and delivery of key targets and objectives. This will include providing alignment and integration within the university’s functional support services (Finance, Human Relations, IT, Property Services and Students) which support the academic work of the Colleges.

To be suitable for these roles you will be appropriately degree qualified and have in-depth knowledge and skills in financial management, and a track record of managing finance, administrative and operational teams in a complex environment. You will be a committed team player with a strong collegiate approach to overseeing a wide variety of college activities. You will have an analytical approach and with strong commercial acumen be able to solve complex problems. With exceptional leadership and communication skills you will have the capacity to contribute to the team and be a natural leader, which will allow you to initiate, lead and manage change in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of, and experience with complex student profile and student support systems would be an advantage.
