The Opportunity
Monash University is undertaking a complex and multi-dimensional program of shared services projects involving changes to organisation business processes, communication frameworks, technology and people.
The Senior Business Analyst will improve operational efficiencies through the design of critical business, financial and operational processes and assist with implementation of new and refined processes according to the business requirements of faculties and divisions. Key responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst will include university wide consultation, development of project related documentation, change management, new service introduction and benefits realisation.
The successful applicant will have experience in designing and implementing ITIL Service Design and Operations processes, Data Centre Operations processes and other new business processes and service products. Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business requirements will be essential for the successful delivery of this position's key objectives. The ability to produce charts and diagrams of business processes and undertake data modelling is also expected.

The Benefits
Remuneration package: $98,206 - $104,239 pa HEW Level 9 (includes employer superannuation of 17%)
This role is a full-time position, however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
