Senior Policy Officer

The position is located within the Housing Policy team. This role leads the development and review of housing policies, strategies and legislation. As the Senior Policy officer you will be expected to undertake high level research and investigations responding to strategic housing assistance issues, analyse existing policies and formulate policy options to address specific issues, provide authoritative and timely advice to senior management on housing policy issues, legislation; and consult effectively with relevant stakeholders.
