A growing regional municipality has a newly created opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their organisation. Located in Victoria's north-west, the shire has an abundance of heritage buildings, parks, reserves and native forests. An initial 6 month contract role will suit an enthusiastic Property Manager who is looking to further their career and gain valuable experience in a government environment.

As an experienced Property Manager, you will be monitoring ????? ????? applications, completing valuations, assessing tenders, organising property maintenance as well as liaising with a range of both internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience with property contract management is vital to this role, as is the ability to both work well within a team as well as autonomously.

This council is seeking a dedicated and qualified Property Manager with proven experience in similar roles who is looking to further their career with a reputable organisation. A solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures and VCAT is vital to this role, coupled with strong negotiation and communication skills.
