The Victorian Bushfire Case Management Service has been established in response to the devastating impact of the February 2009 bush fires in Victoria.
Primarily, the Intake Worker will be responsible for answering ????? ????? Intake telephone line, engaging callers, identifying key issues, assessing needs and determining the most appropriate case management response to people affected by the February 2009 bushfires.
