Aegis is one of the world’s largest and fastest growing outsourcers and we are currently looking for star consultants to work on our Telstra campaign. We have multiple roles on offer, so you won’t be competing for a role which is great news for you!
So how does the role work?
- Telstra customers will be phoning you with queries about their mobile, landline & internet services
- You will answer their questions and solve their problems
- Then you look for opportunities to up sell and cross sell
All this happens in a fun environment with a real team spirit while earning uncapped commission!

We will offer you;

- $21.98 p/hr + super (casual ongoing contract)
You choose your hours:
- Full Time (approx 35 paid hrs per week): 12pm till 8pm, OR 1pm till 9pm – 5 days a week
- Part Time (approx 21 hrs paid per week): 12pm till 8pm or 1pm till 9pm – 3 days a week (mandatory Monday), OR, 4.30pm till 9pm – 5 days a week.
