TMH(VIC) is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Field Service Controller to be responsible for the efficient allocation of Field Service Technicians to breakdowns, planned maintenance and other repairs. This role also involves answering ????? ????? calls to customers to ensure their needs are identified.

Other key aspects of the role include: -

• Coordinate repair and breakdown response effectively;
• Plan and allocate field technician jobs;
• Coordinate spare parts activity;
• Coordinate sublet activity for field repairs;
• Maintain service KPI's;
• Ensure technicians abide by OH&S policy and practices;
• Maintain the integrity of database information;
• Provide exceptional customer service.

A successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Good mechanical aptitude;
• A high level of material handling product and industry knowledge;
• Self motivated with excellent time-management skills;
• The ability to resolve conflict and motivate a team;
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels both internally and externally;
• Competent computer skills.
