Our client, a global supplier of information portal software for libraries is seeking a highly customer-focused and motivated individual to support and advise their customers in the use of their Amlib products
You will be involved in providing training and support services to Amlib customers. You will need to have:
- experience in the library environment
- experience with integrated Library Management Systems
- have experience in training
- be an outstanding communicator .
- have excellent time management and organisational skills.
