The primary objective of this position is to manage both a static and mobile service function, ensuring a high level of safety, quality and professionalism with a diverse range of customers. This includes full financial accountability, analysis of results and improvement initiatives.

What we need from you is:

• Previous management/leadership experience in a customer

service capacity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Competent computer literacy

• An ability to understand and drive KPI’s relating to a service

business

• A strong mechanical aptitude

• A calm, mature approach to meeting and exceeding customer

expectations

• A highly driven, proactive, analytical mindset
