The Underwear and Hosiery Group offers intimate apparel through well known brands such as Berlei, Holeproof, Playtex and Jockey. In this role you will be part of the customer service team responsible for customer and order management across the Holeproof and Jockey businesses, in Australia and New Zealand.
Your major responsibilities in this role will include:
- Management and processing of both manual and EDI orders; delivery procedures and queries with major accounts
- Contribute to maintaining sales of products by identifying inventory needs, ensuring ????? ????? and identifying potential sales leads
- Providing exceptional, customer focused service
- Contributing to achievement of sales budgets by identifying sales opportunities and taking initiative to cross and up sell
- Handling of customer queries and complaints, including processing stock returns and credit approvals
- Involvement in the development and implementation of new initiatives that will benefit both the customer and the business
- Establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet company objectives and resolve customer issues
To be successful in this role you will possess the following key skills and attributes:
- Experience within a similar customer service role, with a real passion for sales and service
- EDI order processing skills are preferred, as is working with AS400, alongside intermediate skills within Word and Excel.
- Previous experience working within a wholesale/ retail environment would be desirable
- Strong communication skills, with equally strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
