Excitement and achievement await you in this front line position with one of Australia's most reputable leasing administration firms. As a Direct Sales Consultant, you will be actively be making warm contact with existing clients from an easy and concise script. This will involve guidance in promoting the features and benefits of novated leasing as well as other products and services available which they can take advantage of.

In this role you will develop a strong working knowledge of novated leasing and salary packaging, including the legislation at contractual requirements associated with it. With this knowledge you'll capitalise and make $50.00 for every lead you generate that results in a settlement.

This is a company in an industry which is going from strength to strength, driven by consultants who are professional, courteous, relationship-focussed and, of course, motivated by making some money.

The offices are state-of-the-art, and there will be a 2 day induction provided.

These roles are temporary with a view to permanency ($48k package + Commission) for the right consultants. The hours of work for the majority of these roles are 9.00am to 5.30pm, and we are also interested in those who can start at 10.30am and finish at 7.00pm. You will need a background in corporate sales or outbound calling and preferably demonstrated knowledge/experience in leasing, salary packaging or similar services. You must be available to start no later than Monday November 9.
