A fabulous opportunity exists to work in this friendly and fun team environment! Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and experienced Customer Service Officer to work in their Moorabbin office.

This is a great opportunity to break into an established and market leading company and stay! Day to day your responsibilities will include:

* Processing orders that come via phone, fax, email and EDI
* Chasing back orders
* Sourcing ETAs for orders
* Processing credit requests
* Handling pricing queries
* Reporting
* Handling general customer queries


The right person for this role will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, excellent computer skills and a positive attitude! In return you will be rewarded with the previously mentioned fabulous team, a great location, and working in a fun & social workplace.

Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday as follows:
11:20am to 7:30pm, (during ????? ?????)
10:20am to 6:30pm (all other times)
