  • Be a part of a team within a world leading manufacturer and distributor of knitted outdoor fabrics, coated waterproof fabrics and PVC coated mesh fabrics. Based in Braeside this reputable business is currently seeking an experienced National Customer Service Manager for their growing business.

    Currently we are seeking a confident and professional individual to take on the responsibility of a customer service manager to lead and motivate a small team and make it your own. To thrive in this position you will have demonstrated experience managing and developing a customer service team, implementing KPIs, providing structure to the team, and a lead by example work ethic. But it takes much more than that to be a team leader! Here we are seeking a candidate who prides themselves on their personal skills, exudes a motivating personality, has strong business acumen and would like the opportunity to embrace the challenge of managing a small team.

    Apart from managing 4-5 staff members within this dynamic role, you will also be very hands on and in order to deal with diverse clients ranging from large commercial clients to small retail businesses hence excellent communication skills are an absolute must! To stand out as the front contender for this position you will have displayed experience and knowledge in working with targets, KPIs, error reporting, credits, exports and invoicing.
