Electrical Help Desk Specialist

 

  • Down to earth environment

  • Mon-Friday 38hrs a week/ fortnightly rotating roster

  • 2 month temp assignment with the view to perm
  • A fantastic temporary opportunity has arisen for a professional and technically savvy Electrical Helpdesk Specialist to join a global technology leader located in Dandenong.
     
    Reporting to the Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to respond to inbound support requests from clients, sales representatives and technicians.
     
    You will monitor product error queries to identify and communicate fault diagnosis to clients in a timely manner. You will also respond to issues identified by the Operations department and communicate your findings to clients.
     
    To be considered you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, ideally from  a technical call ????? ????? hardware background, have excellent communications skills, the ability to work effectively, have good problem solving & analytical skills, sound MS Office knowledge (Excel/Access/Date Entry) and availability to start ASAP!
     
    SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
