Based in Melbourne's South-East, this established civil contractor has earned a reputation for delivering ????? ????? the highest quality standards and always within budgetary constraints. This contractor has brought a friendly face to the industry and relies heavily on the repeat business of it's core client base. Their focus has been in subdivisions for many years and they continue to lead this market from the front.

Due to the amount of work being undertaken by this contractor, they now need to start an experienced Site Manager. They have already got the operators and a experienced leading hands, however they lack an experienced Site Manager to drive 4/5 of their major subdivisions.

Your excellent communication skills will be required to liaise with clients and subcontractors as well as your crew. You will be able to write and implement JSAs and conduct toolbox meetings. You will be required to have an on-site presence as well as the ability to look after the related paper work. They are looking for at least 10 years experience in a similar role on subdivisions.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary package worth $130,000 inclusive of a fully maintained company vehicle and super. An immediate start is available for the right person.
