This is a wonderful opportunity to secure a position within an organization that delivers quality road and bridge maintenance services within the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is an integral role that would see you lead a team of 30 people who are playing important functions in assisting and maintaining Melbourne's civil infrastructure.
The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to apply developed leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and develop staff and also apply high level project and contract management skills. Your ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and market the services of the unit to generate business along with good Financial Management capabilities will be high advantageous.
To be seriously considered for this opportunity you will need to possess an Engineering ????? ????? similar tertiary qualification coupled with some knowledge of Road & Bridge Maintenance and Construction activities.
