As the Practice is “project and client focussed” you will be responsible for all support and operations to ensure the Principals and senior staff maximise their attention to projects and availability to clients.
Experience in managing a specialist professional services practice is essential. Sound financial/legal management, human resources, quality systems, IT and marketing skills are required. Appreciation of the demands of working within a project driven environment would be an advantage. An architectural practice background is not essential.
The ability to engage all staff members and maintain and enhance the working environment for all staff will be sought, as will a willingness to travel interstate regularly.
