Team Leader Drafter - Eastern Suburbs - To $90k

Due to an influx of work a position has arisen within a reputable Home Builder for a Drafting Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company in a role that involves an even workload split of drafting to team managing. An appropriate candidate must meet the following criteria: - At least 3 years production related drafting experience with a Melbourne builder.
- A strong background in AutoCAD.
- Related tertiary qualification.
- Strong knowledge of RESCODE
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Experience in a managing role within a boutique residential builder would be advantageous. An appropriate candidate would be highly skilled, have a positive attitude and proven track record of career stability. Employment would commence on an immediately basis and a very competitive package (up to 90k) will be offered to the right candidate.
