Having been successful on a $50m commercial project in Melbournes Inner West, they now require a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team. The project will be commencing on site in two weeks time so time is of the essence!    

Based on site, you will have demonstrable experience as a Contracts Administrator preferably with a 1^st or 2^nd tier builder on projects valued at over $30m. With strong communication and computer skills, your desire to succeed in a competitive environment drives you to be the best you can.  

As a contracts administrator you will be experienced with: 

• The preparation of budgets
• Analysis of building and trade contracts
• Contract negotiation
• Processing of invoices including claims and variations 
• Accounts management
