Essential Safety Measures Building Compliance Assessor NSW and Victoria

 

Due to continued growth, Essential Property Services, a member of the Hendry Group, are looking to appoint experienced building professionals in the area of building essential safety measures compliance within our Sydney and Melbourne office.

 

The employee will play a key role within the Group and be responsible for:

 

- Auditing buildings for essential safety measure compliance;

- Completing building assessments;

- Fire safety audits; and

- Annual certification of buildings and compliance management.

 

We expect you to have a reasonable level of experience in the commercial/industrial sector. Previous experience is essential and can include facility, property or asset management. Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision are a must.
