Connections UnitingCare is a community based welfare agency with a long and proud history of supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the Victorian community. We provide a wide range of programs to support the community throughout the Southern and Eastern Region.

We have an exciting opportunity for Family Services Caseworker to work on a fixed term basis in our Integrated Family Services team based in Croydon. This role is required to provide high quality service designed to meet the needs of families while ensuring ????? ????? and well being of their children.

Other duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Providing outreach case management support to families
• Proactively intervening and working alongside others to ensure positive outcomes for children and families
• Developing and implementing planned interventions in collaboration with the family and other key stake holders.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally hold relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent. Please address the key selection criteria as part of your application.

Current Working with Children and Police checks are required.
