We are seeking a qualified Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Graham Werner Toyota.
In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
In this role your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone.
Your day will consist of:
- Taking customer enquiries and service bookings,
- Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time,
- Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle,
- Gaining authorisation for extra work, and
- Providing superior customer service.
You are a motivated and organised individual with experience in a customer facing role.
You also have:
- Effective time management skills,
- Sound knowledge of auto mechanics,
- Ability to work with both the public and shop technicians in a courteous and professional manner,
- Administrative skills, and
- a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Ideally you will have previous experience in the retail automotive industry, however applicants with a strong customer relations background are also welcome to apply.
