Workshop Controller/Manager

We are looking for a Workshop Controller.
The ideal candidate will have a dealership history as a Workshop Controller or be a current second in charge, looking for the next opportunity
A NATURAL: Your ability to communicate with the technicians, identify their strengths and weakness and distribute the workload. Responsible for the productivity and profitablitly of the department, you will recognise effective procedures and systems for getting work in and out of the department .
